After your order is received, payment is verified and the products are taken through the quality control, packaging, and shipment preparation process. This process usually takes 4-5 business days.

Delivery Time

Our orders are shipped from international warehouses. Therefore, delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Average delivery time: 10-16 business days

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to peak periods, public holidays, or customs procedures.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, an e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent. You can track the status of your order with this tracking number.

Some transportation companies may not offer tracking services. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that real-time tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to logistical delays beyond our control.

Orders can only be canceled within 2-4 hours after they are placed. Since the products are put into the preparation phase within a short time, cancellation requests are not accepted after this period.
